The Catalan Agency for Development Cooperation (ACCD) is the body of the Government of Catalonia responsible for development cooperation and humanitarian action. It is assigned to the Ministry of Transparency and Foreign and Institutional Relations and Affairs. It represents Catalonia’s main instrument to join the international community in the commitment to build a more just and equal world, as well as to guarantee access to fundamental rights and the free development of individuals and peoples all around the world.
