With the presence across all regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, being a member of a number of coalitions and organisations in the region and globally, the Kazakhstan International Bureau for Human Rights and Rule of Law promotes the observance of civil and political rights and freedoms, development of civil society, democracy and rule of law through education, gathering and disseminating information, advocacy, analysis of legislation and bringing it in line with international standards, and improvement of law enforcement practice.
